Best internship so far! Lots of responsibility and steep learning curves - Growth Intern EveryStay Employee Review

Started my internship right before the growth phase and had a lot of responsibility in many areas. Processes had to become scalable and I had full responsibility for some of them. During my 3 month internship at EveryStay I learned more than ever before because in the beginning there were no processes, no guidance and no supervisors that told me exactly what to do. I had to come up with my own ideas and solutions which basically forced me to educate myself and gain the skills that were necessary to implement the solutions I came up with. Compensation was great as well. I was able to live a decent life in London and really enjoyed my time in the former Soho office with rooftop terrace and many other perks. I would recommend EveryStay to anyone with an entrepreneurial mindset and the will to take over a lot of responsibility.
