      Micro Management Will Kill Any Drive to Work You Have - Software Engineer Everykey Employee Review

      Pros

      You will have a lot of responsibility because the company is hemorrhaging employees.

      Cons

      The CEO will micro manage all of your work. They'll give you an offer letter saying you're salaried with PTO, but in order to get your full salary you have to work 35 hours of "productive" time per week and you only accrue PTO by going over that consistently. They gauge "productive" time by using monitoring software on your work laptop, most employees had to work 10 hour days in order to meet their arbitrary 7 hours per day.

      Lay back and productive environment. Great learning experience to take on different responsibility to help out in the company.

      Might gain weight from eating too much spaghetti

      Pros

      Culture is great, very casual while still a work environment where a lot gets done. People are also great and ready to help and have fun.

      Cons

      Hard to get a job. Interview process is thorough and weeds out many, but if you make it through it is very, very worth it!
