Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognise that clarity around pay, hours, and expectations is essential, and where there has been confusion or inconsistency, that understandably causes frustration. We are currently reviewing how pay structures, working arrangements, and communication are managed to ensure greater clarity and transparency This work is being supported by strengthened leadership focus, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to help improve consistency, communication, and standards across the business. Feedback like this is valuable in highlighting where improvement is needed, and we appreciate you taking the time to comment.

Pros

Monday to Friday job. Sometimes they would be quite flexible with working

Cons

They would pay you minimum wage and add a bonus in top. You hardly ever got that bonus as they would fine you for things like, spelling a customers name incorrectly or their email address. Not sure how they got away with most things but they did. Stay away from the tinpot organisation

Pros

If your local to head office and want to make a start in the automotive events industry give it a go

Cons

If vehicles are damage staff get charged, to make a worth whole amount from it salary wise. then be prepared to cover many miles as locations are up and down the country for max payout of £15 in travel cost. Condition of cars are poor so not confidence inspiring to teach, allowing under 17’s to drive super cars then expect instructors to cover costs of inevitable damage. As it’s such a massive team you never feel part of a group and simply a number in a machine, it seems that to make career progression to anything above the entry level cars be prepared for many years working there and many miles and lots of wear and tear on personal vehicle and lots spent from your own pocket.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We recognise that areas such as communication, leadership consistency, and progression have not always been where they should be. Feedback like this highlights where we need to improve, and we take that responsibility seriously. Over recent months, we have been reviewing how we lead, communicate, and support our teams, with a clear focus on improving transparency, development, and the day-to-day experience of our people. As part of this work, we have strengthened our leadership team, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to focus on standards, communication, training, and consistency across the business. While meaningful change takes time, we are committed to doing the work properly and to listening closely as we continue to improve.
