- Great home office policy - Flexible schedule possibility: you can organise your day the way you want - Incredible team despite all of the troubles they are facing
Cons
- incredible turnover - Toxic top management : awful communication, fake employee consideration, no place for any challenge of any management idea (even if this challenging initiative is part of your mission) - whatever happens, it will always be the employee’s fault - No real critical path. It changes way to much and that jeopardises the global stability
