Excellent place to work for with so many company benefits and staff incentives. The Health Care plan is especially tremendous. Everything Tech is a warm, friendly, inclusive "family" and always put the employees needs first. They have an excellent Training platform - and assist with your personal growth, as well as professional. The Management Team are superb at accommodating your needs, always willing to help in order to make your working day special. During the Acquisition last year - everyone was nervous - but under the new Directors, they made sure everyone was at ease and made themselves available at all times! Everything Tech is a magnificent place to work!
Cons
Pay reviews do not happen. The salary could definitely be improved in a time where everything is increasing - except your income. Whilst the staff incentives are wonderful - the admin team are often overlooked, which can be disappointing.
