The money you earn may not be paid on time or at all, as company has cash flow issues, is operating based in a foreign country with no legal business set up in the US, does not pay taxes, and is therefore unaccountable. Horrible product they sell, and when you bring on new sales accounts, your job is to keep them, which is nearly impossible with the barely functional, bug riddled software they sell. No customer in their right mind would want to keep this product, and they will hold you accountable from a sales production prospective for net gains and losses, even if those losses stem from dissatisfaction with their outdated, bug riddled technology. Also, company hires you as an independent contractor, but wants to manage and monitor your time, activities, and progress like an employer. They try to get the best of both worlds for themselves by avoiding paying tax on employees, while providing none of the benefits an employer would to their employees. It's disheartening to watch the CEO of a company spend lavish money on himself, and then when you speak to him regarding the fact that he still hasn't paid you for multiple earned paychecks, have him tell you it's because they don't have any cash flow coming in. You can only keep that up for so long.
