Professional, Tightly Knit Company - Sales Director Evironment Control Employee Review

- flexible schedules w/ flexible start times (many of my locations didn't require a specific start time just after business hrs) - very nice & helpful office staff - pays okay enough to make it worth while for extra side cash

- specific location managers can be rude and unprofessional - kinda creepy being in some locations after hrs - can be dangerous in specific locations to leave at night

The pay was good, and I felt supported and guided by management.

Almost all of the cleaners were part time employees so they didn’t take the responsibility seriously which resulted in a lot of call-offs which could be frustrating trying to find coverage.
