Constantly communicates personnel and company visions to ensure alignment of goals. Company's philosophy is matching the right person to the right job. If you are not happy leadership is busy looking for other opportunities for you.

I cannot think of a Con. Company has grown to 15 employees in 1 year. Excellent future with an huge upside to grow.
