Pros
Great bosses!
Awesome co-workers.
Regular socials, either "official" or just nights out. Oh and pub every Thursday lunch! (no drinking), and Friday, and when ever a big project is out... sometimes on a monday, and when there is a new member of staff... I think you get the idea!
Great, well known clients and some interesting projects.
Nice office near the town center.
Great holiday (31 days inc. your birthday) and sick benefits (8 days at full pay before SSP).
Again (because I think it needs to be said twice to re-enforce) GREAT BOSSES! They care about there staff, they are friendly and approachable, and are just great guys in general.
Cons
In-house frameworks, with little documentation (though it has grown a little in the last 2 years). Everything has to be written on them. And I'm not the biggest fan. Its okay if you already know whats going on, but if you're a junior and you're here to learn, its not really going to happen.
If you want to keep up with latest trends you need to keep up outside of work. They have a business model that work, and they stick to it (not so great if you're creative).
I hear the pay as a junior isn't great either, but can't really say (personally, for the area anyway, I'm paid well)
