Pros

Decent pay in an exciting health field.

Cons

Business model is not designed for longevity. They hire in cheap, lock in a contract then just abuse techs. Long hours, unpredictable schedule, no breaks, deny PTO, poor work-life balance “, etc. Very few employees remain after their contract ends. Take note that majority of Techs are right out of school and question why so few people are there more than 2-3 years.

Pros

The management team has always been great. Their open door policy has never failed...I have always been given the opportunity to express concerns or challenges face to face with my employer with quick resolution. One of the ONLY employers I have ever had that I have honestly felt heard and protected by. They acknowledge hard work and have rewarded with great growth in my career. Pay is extremely competitive and your performance and availability is definitely noticed and valued. I wish I could grant them 10+ stars! Amazing people to work for.

Cons

This is me digging for a con... but I do have to travel a bit to yet still local areas nothing consistently out of state. But this is NOT something that was a surprise to my job description. It was discussed from the time of hire.

Pros

Actually care about their employees and the pay they receive. Make the standards very clear upon hiring and do not try to trick you with any surprises about traveling etc. Open to letting you have a choice in where you would like to live and work. A company you can see a future in.

Cons

Can be long hours with some traveling but I knew that before hire so not much of a surprise or con. I knew the requirements and expectations when I took the job.
