Pros

Interesting projects are always in the works. New opportunities to learn, grow and progress are continually presented. Take up the challenge and collect your reward. Good people to work with. Going out for a drink with co-workers at the end of the day is always a welcome idea. Decent compensation and benefits.

Cons

Rapidly shifting priorities means you have to remain flexible and keep up.

Pros

I've worked at Evolusent for several years within various departments in amazing roles. PROS: - If you are an individual who is self driven and open to knowledge this is the place for you. - I've taken on many different roles as opportunities became available, I not only was able to contribute to the company, but I gained an abundance of knowledge as well. - As an organization, Evolusent is constantly focused being on the leading edge of tech solutions — I love this! Especially in the rapidly evolving 'tech-centric' world we live in. - You are treated like an adult, no baby sitting by management. - Flex work life balance is their style. - Results driven organization.

Cons

CONS: - If you need to be lead ever step of the way, there is no hand holding here. - There is no room for immaturity here., sorry this is a mature, professional working environment.

Pros

Working for Evolusent has been one of the biggest learning experiences of my life. There is huge potential for career advancement and the CEO is very innovative. The company provides flexible hours allowing me time to have a very nice work/home life balance. There are always new and exciting projects to work on, and the atmosphere is quite laid back.

Cons

With regard to the work environment, i find it hard to find any cons, however some of the technology in use, while functional, is older and needs to be updated.
