The opportunities to learn and professionally develop are constant. Exposure to a lot of different people, trades, and ways of work. These negative reviews drive me nuts, they always come from the people who have a chip on the shoulder or do the bare minimum. If you're a good team mate who cares about the work you deliver, you'll have a great experience and really learn a lot.

You need to be a good communicator and be able to work with a team - the "lone wolf" safety guy isn't a good fit for the team based culture. Not a con in my opinion - but worth knowing if you're used to working on the road and keeping to yourself.

You get to see that having a female boss is like working for a power tripping dictator. And then being glad to have a male boss who may be harsh but gives you space.

You have a micromanaging, fake boss. Worst job I’ve ever had. 0/10. Salary is low and expectations are high
