      Pros

      I cannot tell if there is anything good to say, i had analyzed every aspect/offering that the company offer and everything deserves one star or less

      Cons

      CEO only cares about making money, even if that involves huge sacrifices in the quality of the products like he says. I don't care how it's done as long as it works. Is a common practice to cut corners( crucial aspects of the product ) to deliver with really tight deadlines. The CEO cares more about if you arrive on time ( one minute late and he will notice it ) and leave late ( literally ). He should focus on performance ( results oriented ) and be more flexible so the employees can work happier and be more productive. Offers low salary in comparison with the industry standards.

      Pros

      I have worked at Evolution Ventures for almost 8 months now. It has been incredible to work for a smaller company because of how many opportunities I get to be hands-on with different roles and projects. I have never learned so much in such a short period of time and I will be able to take what I have learned here to any potential future job. I also love the team and the clients we have, it makes every day interesting and different. And working from home is a huge bonus!

      Cons

      It would be great to get to see my coworkers more often, we are all spread out in different states.

      Pros

      I have been working with this company since 2011 as a freelance and I love to work with EV team. They are really open to new ideas and challenges. We discuss every single project as a team and try to find the best solution for each one. The best of all is that I can work remotely.

      Cons

      Although it is a good product, I feel that we do not have enough time to apply new technology as we would.
