New Management - Accounting Manager EvolvTec Employee Review

Fas t40 year old growing company with 8 locations throughout Florida. Evolvtec is a total IT provider. The have major state of Florida contracts, Plus Schools and banks, small to medium size business.

I can't think of any. Just work hard and the rewards will follow.

The only pro to this company are your fellow co-works. They are helpful and a bunch of good guys. That are treated like trash by the Owner and management.

They will underpay you. But promise you more money. They are guys that have worked there for over 10 years with no raise. The owner(Greg Blanc) is a con man to his employees and Clients. The management there is poor. Mangement will completely lie to your face. They do not give you the tools to do the job and will ask you to do the work of three people by yourself while still expecting the work to me done as if you where three individuals. They will try to force you to do OT or work through lunch without paying you for your time. The owner and the management is complete untrustworthy. There is not career opportunity at this job.
