Pros
My short time with the company has shown a great outlook. Coming on board as a web developer, there were a lot of changes I wanted to instill within the company. Everyone was open to the change and allowed me to run with them. The work is great, a lot at times, but at the end of each project I always exit them with satisfaction. All of our web projects are custom built and that's something rarely seen with small to mid-level agencies where they rely on web builder. To anyone else, that may seem unimportant to but a web developer, that's exciting. The team is great to work with and we've all been managing great doing it remotely. The owner has been very mindful of current conditions with pandemic and wants to keep everyone safe, which he has installed safeguards for the time we all get to return to office.
Cons
Processes are still being refined and could lead to stress when multiple projects are being juggled and leads to longer hours. It's the nature of the business, it's going to happen anywhere. But as I said, there's a positive outlook with everything since we're making changes for the better.
