The training was minimal and not as thorough as I would have liked. The job description did not touch on anything that I was actually doing in my day to day job. Clients would contact me to complain and were never happy because they were reassigned to several account managers so by the time they got to me they weren’t happy. Management was flabbergasted when I had brought this up to them but it was swept under the rug. It honestly was a waste of my time to be brought onto a team that wasn’t very helpful and was not welcoming at all. In my short time here at least 5 people on my team had quit due to management which I now understand why.
