Pros
Positive culture, relaxed environment, employee focused, very inviting, forgiving leadership team. I really enjoy going in to the office and seeing the livelihood of the company, which has a real soul to it. The entire team is treated as a cohesive unit, and the family aspect of the company gives it a unique flare which helps with the fun environment.
Cons
It can be difficult to accomplish everything that we need to with turnover of some employees. Recently there was an employee who started a rival company while working for Evolve. Then that employee worked to bring value of Evolve down in any way possible, which has been difficult on everyone in the office. I am not normally one to write reviews, but watching the way that said former employee manipulated the staff and their clients has really upset me. I am thankful to everyone that looks past the slander and libel that said employee has thrown on the web, because it really is the best place I have ever worked, and I never plan to leave the company.
