Great culture with strong leadership and adaptability - Account Executive Evolving Solutions Employee Review

This company really cares about their employees.

None that I can think of.

-The company has implemented a new operating framework this past year, based on "Traction / EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System." There have been lots of positive changes to help ensure the company has the right structure and employees to grow for the future. -The CEO and his management team are very engaged in the changes. I believe they are setting up the right structure with new team members, creating the "innovation process" and focusing on our updated core values. -I like that we have refreshed the company's core values, and we are all trying hard to live up to them each day (Do the right thing; Be a team player; Be humbly confident).

-I don't really have any "cons." Coming from a different employer in the past two years, I am much happier at Evolving Solutions than in my previous companies/roles.
