Pros
- Excellent place to work for freshers (or even experienced technical folks) who wish to build a robust technical knowledge foundation - Not much bureaucracy, company is small and has a very flat structure, you could often just walk into your Director if you wished to - The work keeps you under pressure and you would often be challenged with learning and delivering on something new without a lot of guidance - which is a good thing because it helps one scale up to a dynamic work environment drastically - The directors are very progressive in their thinking and do not restrict you to the 'formula' that runs their business
Cons
- This place is not for project/process management/PMO, they are not inclined on standardisation and being methodology oriented. Their method of working is very ad-hoc - Some very old timers (not in director level) who have very political mindset - Very average pay, average hike, and minimum retention benefits
