Although needing a new review the pay was good, it's never boring (bar usual admin), some of the couriers, you get to be the real life Santa Claus at Christmas, during the pandemic there was pride in the work. There are also opportunities to advance but that is due to high turnover. If you are tough it can be fun.

Above Area Management - they are email and report heavy, untrusting, unwilling to listen to advice, micro-management heavy, unwilling to reform systems which have been broken for a long time. The company also treats the operations team with seeming contempt and only praises head office staff. With the new brand there has not been a change in service, only a reduction in cost lines and an increase in the number of senior managers at the expense of Regional staffing numbers.
