Literally the worst place I have ever worked.
Managing director that the senior management team were scared of, extremely emotional and lead the toxic culture within the business.
Incompetent HR Director (working through private consultancy) with no ethics, legal guidance or back bone.
I can only describe my short, yet horrific, experience at Evtec aluminium as what I would imagine a toxic culture in the 80’s would have been like. No understanding of modern people practice, employee experience or duty of care.
