-Management is terrible, give no direction or insight and is absolutely terrified of CEO.
-They laid off a number of staff the second COVID hit and did so before they took PPP loans, they do not value their staff what-so-ever.
-CEO is an angry & egoistical individual who forces inside sales staff into a room for two hours every single Thursday and calls it "training" but in actuality its the CEO completely rambling for two full hours and is clearly winging the session on the fly. These sessions are completely miserable, boring, unorganized and utterly useless. Everyone will cheer and high five on the rare event its canceled.
-The atmosphere in the office is horrid, nothing but doom and gloom at all times.
- CEO forces everyone to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and you are not allowed to take PTO around the holidays, they flat out deny any time off requests.
-Zero career growth opportunity. ExaGrid does not promote within and does not offer raises.
-You have one product to offer and the field rep 100% controls the sales cycle after intro call.
-The worst diversity I have ever been part of. 90% of sales staff is made up of white males.
-Health benefits are not good.
