      Pros

      When it was still "Exacq" it was a great place to work, since it has been sold to tyco, then Johnson Controls and all maunfacturing was moved to Canada after employees were forced to train their replacements first of course!

      Cons

      Jci and their corrupt CEO messed up a great thing.......many employees suffered as a result!
