The best part about working for Exact Data is that hard work gets rewarded and noticed. Over the course of 5 years, Exact Data has consistently provided growth opportunities that I could have never imagined when I first started. Within my first 6 months I was promoted into the management team, and by my third year I was promoted into the executive team. More recently, as Exact Data expanded their operations, I had the opportunity to relocate to Florida which has always been a goal of mine. Working for Exact Data has made me into a professional. The personal growth and development that I have experienced and continue to experience has made me a better leader, a confident speaker, and most importantly a sales professional. Cons
If you are looking to collect an easy check, this is not the place for you. Sales is performance based and requires thick skin. You must come in ready to work hard, learn, and you must be hungry to succeed. Learning the product and systems takes time, so you must be ready to commit and understand that success doesn’t happen overnight. If you can push passed the initial hurdles of learning the product and count systems and building a pipeline, the job becomes very easy and lucrative.
