They will work you like a dog, they allow people who have stalked and sexually harassed coworkers to continue to work there FOR OVER A YEAR until we were acquired by Abbott and they wanted to clean up the HR cases to make it look nice, the leadership does not know what they’re doing on a good day, they frequently tell you “how am I supposed to know what’s going on” so depend on your fellow scientists. They let us breathe in carcinogenic fumes that burned your nose and throat for SIX MONTHS while they waited to install a fume hood, they say they will be there to support you but would sacrifice your physical and mental health to get one more set done.
