Cons
Executive leadership tone has shifted in a weird direction. (Founders Syndrome) RTO A lot of egomaniacs at all levels. 2 CIO's in one year. The pool must be shallow. When a CIO says "because other companies are doing it..." (context doesn't even matter) does not give me a lot of confidence in leadership. All company meetings have turned into buzz word bingo time. The mission only gets you so far when the company is turning into just another crappy company to work for. Bad decisions and planning at the executive level are met with 'because I said so' attitudes. Management is blind-sided by this poor decision making and have to answer to confused employees. Hiring from the outside for execute level people is a mistake. Clearly, background checks and possibly interviews are a thing of the past when hiring VP's and executives.
