Pros

If you are DESPERATELY looking for a job, then Exact may be beneficial as a temp agency.

Cons

Anyone would agree this is the worst company they have ever worked for. Highest turnover rate I've ever heard of. Long story short, you will arrive and park in a very expensive garage at your own cost or find street parking, then will be interviewed by a recruiter in a small room of other recruiters also interviewing (super unprofessional) just to be made fun of as soon as you walk out the door. If you are looking to work in-house, they will lead you to believe you are permanent employee who will be qualified for benefits after a probationary period of usually 90 days (or whatever number they feel like). Biggest lie ever. You are a temp who will not be eligible for the expensive benefits, PTO accrual (6 hours a month), and a parking pass (again find street parking) until they feel like making you permanent. Also prepare for a low balled hourly salary, no 401k, promotions, bonuses nor raises, no days off except Xmas DAY, Thanksgiving DAY, and New Years DAY. Very unethical structure as HR and Payroll are managed by the same person. OH not to mention they don't even have water. You literally must go to the store/deli or bring your own. Please, don't trust the good comments left on here. They are from the salespersons whose job it is to sell the company. The company is a joke!

Wages didn’t add up compared to the workload It was turning into a family business Recruiters would not get credit for the job positions they filled or reports they’ve completed. A lot of favoritism toward the family members that were employed
