Pros
I first worked with Exacta 2009-2010 as a permanent employee and have worked on a variety of new business initiatives on contract, off-and-on, since then. The three partners, now in their mid-40s, have matured in their market experience and as an operation.
Cons
Being a smaller agency there is the risk, like all agencies, of disruption with the loss of a major client. If you are interviewing then it is a function of what you are looking to achieve in the next stage of your career and if your role is the right fit. Again, a point related to any potential new job, not just specific to Exacta.
