Easy interview process and good location at the time.

Poor management and HR team. There is no support system in place for employees! The commission was not ever given regardless of the clients or sales made. Management took credit for everything and would prefer to run the UK ship themselves than have Sales Exec's on board. There was a lot of gossiping and unprofessional discussions about management. Management also divulged personal information about colleagues. I witnessed more than one sales member walk out of the job.

Work and life balance. Friendly environment.

Average salary. Not too many promotion opportunities.
