They offer competitive pay and strong work-from-home flexibility
That said, as a consultant, your day-to-day experience is largely shaped by the client you’re supporting rather than Exadel itself. Consulting engagements often involve stepping into organizations that need help improving systems, processes, and best practices. As a result, you’re frequently working in environments that are still learning as they go operationally. Which can be very challenging.
Cons
The lack of stability once a client contract ends. In the current market, companies are reducing consulting spending, which can limit new opportunities. Since consultants may be released if a new client isn’t secured within a set timeframe, job stability largely depends on project availability rather than performance alone.
