Small Company, easy freeway access and all the latest amenities that New company's offer. (Lunch,snacks and coffee)

It's a do as your told environment! Management not looking for basic improvements to daily operations . Unhappy and Poisonous employees spewing hate to new Hires.Management singular focused and very unorganized. Managers not willing to listen to experts in particular field to improve daily operations. They did not try to listen for improvements to work flow or that they were non compliant in storage fire code and were not using basic industry standards for material receiving or processing.
