      Pros

      Humane and sincere treatment of employees, a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, and the management is open to initiatives and suggestions.

      Cons

      It is quite challenging to get up to speed and very easy to miss on some important updates - the company lacks structure in the onboarding materials and the unified vision in general, though attempts to solve it are currently being made.
