Office staff is disorganized, managers are disconnected and don't really care - say they are going to fix issues, but never do. Everything is for the bottom line, huge push at the end of the month to meet numbers and close out as much as possible - just very corporate while office staff is trying our best to serve the clients AND the corporate big wigs and make everyone happy. They don't care care about the clients or employees, everyone is dispensable and they can get another client or employee.
