      Pros

      Friendly staff, good working hours, salary reasonable, great summer and christmas parties, training reasonable and decent location.

      Cons

      Work can become monotonous depending on your role and you are micromanaged. All in all a good place to work just not everybody's cup of tea.

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
