Pros
1. Interview process was simple and straightforward. Previous jobs I had applied for had 6/7 stages and loads of hoops to jump through. 2. Onboarding was interesting and relevant. There was the right amount of information that I HAD to know, mixed in with the good to know - it wasn't 4 weeks of class-room based learning, it was a few days of clear, targeted training. It was also the first company I have ever started with, where my log-ins, phone, laptop, cards etc were all waiting for me on my arrival.
Cons
So far there aren't any. The systems are a bit pre-historic and the service levels have had issues in the past, but the structure for how service is conducted has recently been reviewed and the required changes have been made. The systems are also due to be upgraded to bring the company in line with modern technology. So the only cons are both being rectified.
