No Pros about working here. No pros about working here. Seriously no pros not even going home at night or the joke of a pay check.
Cons
Upper (micro)management never tell you what the expectations are just that you aren’t meeting them and then if they do tell you what the expectation is it changes depending on who gives instructions time of day and day of week. They will also call their staff liars to their face if they don’t like them.
