The Management is full of unsophisticated people who think they are all that and a bag of chips - everything from the way they dress, to how they act, to how smart they are. Petty, non-sense drama...all day, every day.
Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.
