      Some of the employees are great! There is so much you can learn there. The work is interesting you will never get bored.

      Cons

      The micromanaging is horrible. The managers and supervisors are verbally abusive and are be led by their personal life.

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
