      Good transport routes to get to the office i.e. motorway, train and bus links. Training is thorough and the team are supportive

      Cons

      Minimum wage, busy call centre environment. The company track your toilet breaks and only allow 10 minutes per day..

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
