Pros
I have worked as a full time employee with EMSI for 3+ years, this company offers growth potential for anyone that is willing to actually work for it. The majority of the current Management Team throughout both Waco locations have all been internal promotions. The company offers Medical Benefits to any employee that works over 30+ hours per week, so most part time employees start out with it. The Insurance Services area offers a Progressive Pay Model- this allows new hires to come into the company, train, then be reviewed each quarter to receive a bump in pay or move from part time to full time status.
Cons
Not really sure if I should list this as a con but, the Attendance Policy is strict and tends to be a major reason in the turnover of employees. In the defense of EMSI, the Attendance Policy is explained when hired. The Central Park building is very full, it would be nice to have additional space.
