Pros
Decent pay, not great. New employees will come in making way more than a tenured employee. Good PTO. ZERO pay raises unless you are in management. Nepotism is a real problem here.
Cons
Where to start…If you want to never receive a raise, like a place that touts “culture” yet can’t tell you what it is, and like working in what feels like complete chaos with archaic systems and zero direction, this place is for you.
Only a few select managers are consistently promoted while lower level associates never obtain growth, cost of living raises, or have an opportunity to advance in their position.
Added bonus: they fire employees on a whim and slam you with an insane amount of work.
Very little training and management not only rewards problem employees, they reward them by placing the worst employees in supervisor positions. Turn over is HIGH. This place is insanely toxic with bad management from the top down. Bring forth an issue, and you’ll find yourself FIRED. Don’t make a mistake! You’ll never hear the end of it. If there is a “red flag” checklist for a job, this place checks them all. Absolutely one of the worst firms to work for if you are looking for growth or open communication. Keep your head down and be quiet.
