Pros

You will have to learn 'sink or swim' approach of your own career management by heart

Cons

Not very organized workplace, chaotic and very mediocre at best management, no clear strategy, the top-down communications are seriously broken, the bottom-up communications do not exist. Forget about career path, continuous education etc. The commission plan changes every year, sometimes many many times per year, sometimes when they year is already quarter or third part gone. Lots of discretion in bonus allocation and promotions

Pros

I truly feel supported in my role as senior account manager. The strong team dynamics I rely on every day are unaffected by the remote structure, and leadership and colleagues are responsive.

Cons

Although client expectations can occasionally grow rapidly, they also present an opportunity to strengthen client management strategies.

Pros

EXANTE is an incredibly dynamic place to work, especially for those who love a fast-paced, international environment. The leadership is supportive of career growth and always open to new ideas. The team is diverse and very collaborative so it’s easy to learn from colleagues from all over the world. Remote work options and flexible hours have been a big plus and the benefits package is competitive.

Cons

With fast growth comes frequent changes, so adaptability is key. Communication can occasionally lag between departments due to time zone differences.
