Pros

Wednesday meetings we get food and the chance to have open communication about whatever we want to talk about. We get personalized business coaching and the company is always sharing its success with us. We get the freedom to work a flexible schedule and the owner trusts us. They let us make decisions about how we want to do things as long as it is always with the clients best interest in mind. The CEO bought a massage chair so the staff have a place to relax after a hard day. The company really encourages relationships and our ideas are encouraged and often implemented.

Cons

Sometimes we hire the wrong people and it disrupts the organization. The CEO has a lot of ideas and sometimes we don't have the resources to implement all the ideas. The high standards for client planning require a lot of time and training and sometimes it's frustrating to try to learn so much. We use a lot of technology and programs and non-tech people have a difficult time

Pros

Jesse Vu is a great mentor who encourages you to pursue your interests. She knows a lot about financial planning, taxes, and relationships.

Cons

If you are not good at meeting people on your own or you are shy, it's a very hard industry to work in. Unless you are always getting leads, you have to be good at meeting people.
