      > better work/life balance > better training > management really believes that happy employees make the best employees and do their best to facilitate that with great cash incentives and free lunches

      > needs better marketing/advertising strategies so the incentive goals can be met a bit easier

      Pros

      The workers in the branches are awesome. They go our of their way to get it done even when upper management goes out of their way to hurt them

      Cons

      No experience running a branch or division but they out this extremely young lady with a bad attitude in charge. Upper management does not include mid level in decisions that the mid level will be responsible for getting correct
