Pros
My experience with Excel Technologies was great! Management is very flexible and promotes a positive work-life balance. They are very willing to work with your schedule. Leadership is all about innovation and learning new things (they have a robot in the office!). Very smart and talented team with a great company culture.
Cons
I would have appreciated more/better feedback on some of the projects and research I was doing. I never really knew how well I was performing or if my work was being acknowledged.
