Very high professional level. Absolutely groundbreaking technology with no analogs. Flat hierarchy, great communication. Very attractive compensations.

Entry barrier is very high for the new employees, due to the extreme complexity of the tech. Many good specialists, that could probably succeed elsewhere, fail to adopt. Makes it hard for the company to grow.

Very smart people, world class technology, prime location (near train and bus stations). Very strong market. Good work life balance.

Difficult ramp-up in a few teams due to complicated technology. Relatively small firm (still a a startup). Not enough communication between R&D and sales.
