Pros

Technically very capable; they have invested in a sound core network and DC capability and have all the tools in their kit bag to build complete unique solutions for enterprises. The CTO, network and engineering teams all know their stuff and work together.

Cons

There is no single co-ordinated sales and marketing strategy because the board do not share a vision. Instead they squabble and bicker which creates conflict and mis-trust between departments and people throughout the business. Below the board, the management layer has been appointed based on loyalty, and there is a lack of fresh ideas and wider industry experience. The Cambridge office is unpleasant; there is no air conditioning and inadequate space - fight for a parking slot, a desk, a handset, a decent chair, then struggle to make yourself heard in an overcrowded and untidy area. There are 4 UK offices but no single system where a document can be shared so collaboration is impossible and there is neither a willingness nor a method to adapt change. Sadly they will always be in the same rut which is a great shame.

Normal business hours 8-6 Lots of OT!! Bonuses weekly Office setting Co workers are like family Paid weekly Lots of potlucks

Cons

Low base pay. Rude customers constantly! High stress due to the customers. Sitting all day, some may not like that
