      Pros

      I joined here 4 years back and my experience has been fantastic. The client exposure is great and while the projects are challenging, they've helped me grow a lot personally and professionally. Management also values employees and offers many benefits like family mediclaim, health checkups, flexible paid leaves, etc. Couldn't have asked for more!

      Cons

      With responsibilities comes pressure to perform..everyone has to give 100% always.

      Pros

      You will be trusted with new responsibilities if you become well versed in your job. Processes are organized, so you know where to start from. Company makes everyone feel valued through gift offerings on Diwali, organizing family events, and conducting quarterly team dinners

      Its not always possible to have a balanced work and life due to work demanding nature
