No Consequences for Parent/Student Abuse of Teachers - Teacher Excelsior Academy (UT) Employee Review

Raises do not seem to be based on contribution, value, or work ethic. Discipline of students is lacking. Some teachers decide not to enforce the school-wide policies without any consequences. Those who do uphold school expectations get extreme backlash from students and parents, often resulting in meeting with parents during planning times to justify enforcing rules they didn't create. Parents will be allowed to speak to you however they please with very little admin intervention.
