      Pros

      Great people to work with and can have some freedoms to learn new things depending on the department.

      Cons

      Very much over worked. You will be asked to do things that have nothing to do with your job and no matter how much you go above and beyond, it will never stop. Also, if you don't go out after work and be friends with everyone, it will come back to get you.

      Pros

      Company makes product which save lives and help people. There is core group of people that keep it going. And, it's fun and satisfaction to work among them.

      Cons

      Micromanagement and fear are not the best motivation to go work. Recent aquisition of the company added instability and fear to the future of the company.
